I was expecting the box like in the picture but instead I received a fed ex package with 20 loose warmers. It has no bearing on how well these work. For environmental reasons I bought an expensive pair of electrical socks that either didn't warm up my toes or the cord snapped when pulling them on. These little warmers are reliably warm every time. And they have a sticky side so they don't shift around in the boot.Reviewed in the United States on 6 December 2020
If it's really cold and I'm standing at the dog park, I'll put on a pair of socks, tape one pad to the bottom of my toes, another one on top, then put another pair of socks on over them and it works beautifully. Warning though, I wear socks to bed in the summer so my feet are always cold.
Still, I went back to these because they work every time!
As for the shipping? It got here in Northern Michigan without issue and I don't care they didn't come in a box. Less cardboard waste as far as I'm concerned.
Update 1/2/2021
I'm tried using one on top, one on bottom and they are too hot! So I just use one taped to the bottom of the first sock with a pair of socks over it. Also, if your boots are too small/tight, it will make your foot colder no matter what you do.
