My 9 year olds devoured this book!

I told my kids that if they read the book cover to cover that I'd give them each $100 to start investing. One kid took a couple weeks to get through it, the other finished it in one day. I started investment accounts for them on robinhood.com and let them pick out their own stocks. They love to watch their money grow (and sometimes shrink) each day. What a great book! I deducted a star because the book physically fell apart--not good quality.

Great info - poor quality

I'm so disappointed. We received this book 2 days ago and we didn't even make it to Ch. 2 before the pages started falling out. Now I'm trying to glue them in without getting them all stuck together so my daughter and I can finish reading it together. I love the information and the way it's written, but I'm very sad it's already falling apart. I had intended to keep it for my daughter to fill out and go back and reference, but not sure how logical that is considering we'll have to keep all the pages together somehow. I'm not sure what other formats it's available in, but I would consider something other than the paperback version.

My 11 yo daughter as really taken an interest in this book. She reads it daily and surprisingly has been taking notes and telling us about how she is going to start dressing for success. I love it! Easy read and it holds her attention. I may have to read it next.

I absolutely love this book! I first saw it at a FedEx Office location for 12 dollars and checked to see if I could get it cheaper on Amazon and of course it was on here. This book really outlines why it is important to start saving and ideas about how to start investing. This book is great for any age and the graphics are fantastic. It keeps my attention and really has a lot of funny and super helpful tips. I HIGHLY Recommend this book and will be looking at buying other books by this author.

Fun Financial Education for Kids (and Adults)
13 November 2019 -
Published on Amazon.comVerified Purchase
As a proponent of financial education for our youth, I have found this book to be a fitting addition to my grandson's library. He's 10-years old and is starting to grasp the concept and impact of financial decision-making. As most of us can agree, financial skills are not a part of traditional academia, so books like this can literally be worth their weight in gold. The book has provided opportunities for great topics of conversation with respect to financial rules, philosophies, and habits that have generated interest and information that will last a lifetime. The layout is artfully constructed and keeps the attention of most kids (and adults) who take the time to read it.
