We've had these mugs for a couple months. Overall, we really like them. We bought both the 7.8Oz (220ml) mugs and the 11 Oz (300ml) mugs. We appreciate having a non-breakable mug option for our kids. The smaller size is great for our toddlers and the bigger size works well for an older child or adult. While we don't use boiling hot water for our kids, the insulated double wall does not get too hot to the touch with fairly warm beverages.
The only problem we've had is that both the 11Oz mugs have somehow gotten water inside between the double wall. You can hear a fair amount of sloshing inside the mug. If I had noticed this in time, I would have returned the mugs.
