I love to learn yoga anatomy and this book is a great resource for me both as a teacher and as a practitioner. There is a great deal of really useful and interesting information presented in a very entertaining and engaging way. I’m finding it hard to put down. I’m very glad that I purchased this book.

I have had the great fortune to be taught by Stu some six years ago - he was a fantastic anatomy teacher then and now, and kept us on track, engaged and focused throughout. Stu knows his anatomy and this book is very easy to read. The illustrations are fun and helpful. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to know more about Yoga anatomy.
