I love the wooden spatula it makes flipping crepes very easy. The 5" crepe spreader is great for making 10" crepes. I have tried the tilting the pan method and using a crepe spreader works much better! I was able to use it with ease and great results with just a little practice. They are easy to clean and seem well made.
