When I got the pan I was pretty excited. I went to wash it and saw that there was an already an issue with the enamel peeling. It doesn't look like it was damaged in shipping, rather that it's just a manufacturing issue. I personally don't trust that any replacement would be any better.

I absolutely love these pans so it's super upsetting to me to see the nonstick coating coming off the bottom. I read the reviews before and assumed they had used a metal spatula or dishwasher on theirs. I have only baked bread in these pans 3 times. I have been super careful to handwash with a soft sponge after and remove the loaves carefully and mine are still already starting to chip.
