Wish this came with a doll. My daughter has seen commercials for this toy and I didn’t realize until I went to order it that I had to order the doll separately. There’s also a doctor’s bag featured on the box, but that of course also had to be purchased separately. I did order all the sets separately and my kid is really happy. But it would’ve been more convenient if everything was sold together.

My 4 year old wanted this so bad after seeing a commercial. I was hesitant but caved. As soon as it arrived she was super happy. The packaging is cute and the doll itself is adorable just like the other Kindi dolls. However, after about 15 mins my daughter was over it. The doll is “sick” when you turn it on and goes through various symptoms. She asks you or prompts you to do different things like give her medicine, check her heart, or check her temperature. After a few things she feels better. But within a minute it starts back again. She gets sick, gets better and then gets sick again. My daughter seems to have more fun with it when it’s turned off. The sounds and effects are great—she coughs, talks, and her heart beats/vibrates. But I wish the cycle of sick to better was a little different.

My daughter chose to spend her birthday money on this doll. We saw it in the store, but it was almost twice the price, and she didn't have enough, so I searched online, and low and behold, Amazon had it in her price range.

She loves that she's able to take care of a baby. It talks, shivers, and even farts. The head bobbles a bit but she loves that. She now has three Kindi Kids dolls so she can change their clothes and switch accessories. This one is the only that talks, though, so she might have to look into getting another interactive one

Very sturdy little toy. My niece has a tendency to destroy destroy destroy and this little toy has held up very well. The little sticker bandaids it comes with are a great way to sway her from actual bandaids for awhile lol and so far she hasn't broken a single toy from this set.

Shiver & Shake Kate is a great gift for children who like to play caregiver, nurse or doctor. She has lots of gadgets to make her “feel better,” though I think more bandaids should be included. We were running out of them fast, as they were put on the doll like stickers! Kate’s a noisy little thing & can start to sound quite needy & whiny once the novelty of her farting wears off. Good thing she also has an off button!
