1.0 out of 5 stars Worked okay for 3 weeks, then toast :*(
By Akash Vibhute on 19 October 2020
I started to see write errors last week on Thursday with random computer freeze; by the time I was able to diagnose the issue, the drive was no longer recoverable :(
My root filesystem just went toast. This is terrible for a brand new drive. I tried multiple way to recover the failing partition, no luck so far...

I have been using a Crucial MX300 SSD for 4 years and not once have I filesystem issues with it.

i have the gigabyte z170x gaming 7 rev 1 motherboard and i have 2 hyperr x fury 500gb ssd 1 barracuda 1tb hd 1 wd 500gb hd so i added this m.2 nvme too the mobo to put gta v battle field 5 and some other games on this drive and the loading times are insane....im always the first one to load into the maps and i can get the planes before anyone else takes them from me....also the hd was def a bottle neck of some sort to so i really did see an increase of fps which ik some people say it only gives like fps if that...but coming from a hd thats bull, you will see a substantial increase in fps i saw upwards of 20 and now i get 130fps at all the time in bfv in maps i used to get 80-90 in...and im not exaggerating.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Durable and Fast SSD
Reviewed in the United States on 19 February 2021
This Kingston 1TB A2000 M.2 2280 Nvme Internal SSD is everything that you'd expect from an internal SSD. After I built my first Gaming PC using this piece, I have seen noticeable speed increases when playing some games, but its greater speed increase seems more visible in video editing software and regular software use (Windows, Office, etc...)

I can definitely attest to this SSD's durability. Should you view the screenshot, I do not have the screw to affix the SSD to the motherboard. Yes, it's just sticking up. I even tried electrical tape to hold it down with no success. (I circled in red where the screw should be.) Of course-I don't recommend anyone doing that, but if it still works for a knucklehead like me since last Christmas, then I have faith in the longevity of this product.
