First off, the product came in a box and appeared to have been used before. There was a stain (see pictures) and the product was also just in a regular amazon box, with no wrapping or product box. It looked like someone else used it and was just returned and shipped to me. I was able to get the stain out with some light scrubbing
I think as a product it is good. It provides good lumbar support. I cannot comment on its pain relief.
Edit: I think this product isn’t as good as in a car seat as advertised but works well on a regular chair
