1 star for "easy to assemble" - I'm sure the LEGO themselves are easy to assemble, however the box being so severely damaged does not make it easy to open.

1 star for "giftable" - How do you expect me to give anyone a gift that looks like Randy Johnson of the Arizona Diamondbacks threw this at my door as hard as he could, and then kicked it?

1 star for "Value for money" - I guess it could be two stars, but seriously, if it's packaged in a box, put it in a box. With padding... Or just pay your employees enough. That might do it.

My 5 year old daughter and I received this set yesterday and assembled it last night. She did the child and I did Mando. Mando has a few more pieces than the bounty, but they're both pretty easy to put together. She did end up getting the head on wrong and we went back and fixed it, no big deal. We had a wonderful time together, as we always do with our Legos. Mando is complete with his Amban sniper rifle and blaster. The child is in his pram and is removable and his ears can be turned up or down. I was sightly dissatisfied with the box, as it was damaged, but I don't keep the boxes anyway so it didn't bother me that much, but if you're giving this as a gift or you're a collector, you might want to keep this in mind. I ordered this back in February and like I said it just arrived yesterday. From my daughter and I to you, Happy building!

I preordered this during the early stages of COVID thinking that it would be a nice surprise when it showed up after me forgetting about. I was right about how terrible my memory is and how delightful it is to receive surprise Legos.

Like others have mentioned, the box was a little beat up and I probably would have been miffed if it was intended as a gift. Mine arrived alone in a bubble envelope rather than a cardboard box. Maybe it will just be an issue with pre-orders.

The set was really fun to put together. I’ve been building some knockoff mini block figures during COVID as a mid day desk distraction. It’s been 10+ years since I’ve touched an official LEGO set and I forgot about the forethought that goes into their sets. Lots of unique pieces, clear step by step instructions and a focus on quality. My favorite part was discovering that at the center of Mando’s helmet they placed a pink “brain” block.

If you’re looking for a collectible the risk of a damaged box is probably a deal breaker. If you’re looking to crack it open and have a fun afternoon, I recommend this set.

Baby Yoda and The Mandalorian! What's not to like?! Such an adorable set and fun little build. Details are neat with printed tiles and no stickers. It's a rather short but fun build. Enjoyable for both kids and adults with inner childs. Definitely a great gift idea as I will be purchasing multiple to hand out for bdays and celebrations of the sort. But as many others have stated as well, this LEGO box is arrives in a plastic Amazon envelope - guaranteed to be crushed.
