An Ideal, Comprehensive LSS Combo11 September 2019 - Published on Amazon.com
Years ago I became familiar with Forrest’s approach with “Implementing Six Sigma”. I was drawn to his Integrated Enterprise Excellence system because of my work in office/service environments. His approach makes so much sense for business. This is my go to reference for all my LSS work because it’s well thought through an presented in a logical order. It’s got a complete roadmap for executing all your LSS project work and the principles are sound. It pairs nicely with Vol. II which covers the business management system. The Solutions Manual let's you see if you're understanding the concepts and methods - It also makes this an ideal set for training Green Belts and Black Belts.

A Continuous Improvement Practitioner's Guide to Advanced Lean-Six Sigma Project Execution7 October 2019 - Published on Amazon.com
This two-volume set contains the meat of the Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) approach to continuous improvement - covering all of the applicable tools and techniques with many real life examples. These two books would make excellent text books, but more importantly, serve as implementation guides for successful continuous improvement projects. The IEE Project Execution volume along with the Solutions Manual teach and illustrate the use of both simple and complex six sigma, lean, and theory of constraints tools. If your organization is serious about driving real process improvement, I highly recommend this two-book set.
Very well-executed Six Sigma training29 September 2019 - Published on Amazon.com
I completed my Lean Six Sigma training (Black Belt and Master Black Belt) with Forrest's company (Smarter Solutions). The training materials are excellent. The explanations, example problems, and student exercises are very well designed and presented. This toolset has become central to my professional career and this material has been a major part of that. I strongly recommend this to anyone pursuing Six Sigma practice (which you should be doing for sure).
Great Technical Book for practicing Problem Solvers21 September 2019 - Published on Amazon.com
There has only been one publication series that is “All in there” for the Lean Six Sigma community. IEE Volume III is that series. It provides detailed and explicit steps for the DMAIC road map. Often times belts will ask which tool to use, and when and how to apply. The series of books are structurally written to integrate the correct choice every time in your methodology.
