Ice cream scoop reader does not tally with the ice cream

This toy has been played with multiple times a day every day since we got it. The
magic scooper scoops up the ice cream and toppings and until you push the button it doesn't release them( there is a magnet in the scooper and inside the ice creams)! I love that this is pretty realistic for children. While we have never seen an ice cream cart in real life, my children have been asking to see one since we got this toy! :) From simply pushing the car around to stopping and taking someones order or listening to the instructions off of one of the order cards this has been so engaging and fun for my children. If you push the cart and the sound is on then it will play songs and then once you stop and pick one of the 6 cards and insert it then you can follow the instructions. This is educational as it the cards touch these educational categories: Stacking, Flavors, colors, creativity, numbers, counting, and of course following instructions! The top of each of the I cream colors/flavors and toppings when picked up with the scooper will let you know if you chose the correct item and if no instruction card is in then it will tell you what you chose. When you choose one of the three toppings and pump it, it will count the amount of pumps that you did. Please note the pump only counts to 12 and then starts over.

There are so many things on here to keep your child busy for individual play or to play 1:1 with you or someone else.

Setup - less then 3 minutes - super easy and fast!

I personally think this is one of the best toys of 2017!! We ordered this with a birthday gift card my daughter received and she absolutely loves it! She is 2, and just loves serving us ice cream. It took her only a few times to get the hang of the scoop and release and it’s so fun for her to choose different combinations for us all. The pump for “syrup” is cute too, although she thinks it’s a soap dispenser. Haha. But seriously, such a great toy and great for teaching following directions, colors, and numbers!

It was just the right height for her to comfortably push it. Her 5 year old brother even played with it. The storage drawers on each side of the cart is a plus. It makes clean up so easy. Great toy!

They have spent fair amount of time playing it and haven't gotten tired even after two months.
