This really works if you are someone who likes to be in doors. I am a home person and not very active with sports. My mind is active though. Last Dec, I started to feel down easily and I sought help from psychiatrist and they encourage me to exercise and buy a therapy goggle for 150 they sell in the clinic but I feel it was too expensive so I found several therapy lamps here on amazon. This specific one has the largest lamp surface and 10000 LUX and its stand is most firm rather than a retractable stand which is more flimsy. It really helps to elevate the moods for me. I got this on Dec 20th and it has been 3 weeks of daily use. I set it on my bed and I woke up to it daily. While I was still in bed and semi conscious, I found this device really help to wake my mind up and get me out of bed. If you have a hard time getting out of the bed, try it.

What a great device. I purchased a less expensive similar item to see if I could go with a smaller size than some of the very large versions of light and sunlight therapy lighting that I have been thinking of buying for years. Well the technology for this sunlight wavelength simulator type of device has really come down as the choice has vastly improved. Anyway I really recommend this specific light due to the amazing strength and quality. I can truly feel the parts of my head that are in the light and it’s not a suntan device. It’s a very cool simulation of the RGB waves that are lost inside with fluorescent and basic light bulbs. This is not a super small item. It’s definitely portable and easy to adjust; but even more than the physical size... the intensity and coverage of an entire room makes this a great choice. It’s a bit more than some good lights, but it’s made substantial and is really priced low compared to some of the other 5 star choices. I have experimented with Red light therapy and blue light sanitizing + the white light array which includes this item. It’s definitely more than a high tech light. There’s some real simple but genius concepts and truths built into this light and I hope you will explore this area especially during these days of being stuck inside. Stay safe and blessings

I live in an area that has long winters and not a lot of sunshine. Somedays I feel like I have no energy or motivation and even more so since the stay home order during Covid-19.

I've been wanting a sun lamp and decided to try this Light Therapy Lamp which I recieved 4 days ago.

The lamp is 14 inches long 7 inches wide and the lighted area is 10 inches long 7 inches wide. It is lightweight and very sturdy. The touch functions are easy to use and the brightness levels are perfectly adjustable to your preference.

I started using it as soon as I got it out of the box and every day after. I use it every morning and sometimes in the afternoon. I have gotten a lot done these past few days. I really enjoy using this lamp and feel that it is helping me.

Whether or not this lamp is the reason I am feeling better, I will continue to use it every day. Thank you for making my days brighter 💛

I have several “happy” lights, and was actually looking for a portable one when I ran across this one. It IS smaller than my others but quite large. I settled on it due to the great reviews and the fact that I read bigger really is better when it comes to the effectiveness of these lights.

I’ve used it probably 7 days total since I got it. I usually sit at a small desk for the treatment, and keep my face fairly close, around 6-7 inches, at full brightness. The touchscreen is self-explanatory and so convenient. You can adjust the brightness level using the top touchscreen panel and the lower panel lets you set a timer for 10-60 minutes. I’ve found the timer to be super helpful, as I use the light 40-60 minutes each morning, sometimes divided up to where I do 20 minutes of it in the afternoon. A couple times I’ve forgotten to turn the timer on, in which case I estimated how long I’d used it and then set it for the remainder of my usual time.

Does it make me happier? So far it hasn’t, but I am clinically depressed so it’s more than a SAD disorder and I was aware it probably wouldn’t work any miracles on me. I’m using medication for that and hope that it kicks in soon. What I do find it useful for is staying more alert throughout the day. I used to drink 2 Red Bull’s every day, and since using this I only use one. It rejuvenates and energizes me more than I expected. It’s also pleasant to use, the bright light makes me feel awakened in the morning and more positive about the day.
