They have made it their mission to raise awareness of domestic violence and to raise money to help other women like Emily. Through fundraising events like golf tournaments and concerts), the sales of licorice, tee shirts/sweatshirts and community donations, the Emily Harris Memorial Foundation has raised and donated over $400.000 to their local YWCA battered women's shelter.
