I don’t know if it’s the combo of both the shampoo & conditioner or just one product but this has left my mother-in-laws hair the softest it has ever been & she has thick, coarse, processed hair since she dyes it regularly to cover up her gray hairs. Her hair has never been this healthy and she hasn’t even finished using one bottle yet.

Best products out there. But the pump on this bottle drives me insane. I can’t get it to work either for the conditioner or the shampoo. For this much money get the darn packaging night. All I can do is transfer it to another bottle and that’s enough to move to a different product. 5 stars for product, demoted to 2 Stars for nonfunctional pump on (both) bottles! Long hair! Beyond frustrating...

It’s the real deal in case anyone is wondering. Smells like a floral Perfume (love it btw just a very nice smell). The shampoo lathers well and it doesn’t seem to be drying my scalp.
I also appreciate the color protection as I’m constantly dying my hair and trying to preserve the color.
The bottle is small and I do wish it was bigger, however with salon grade products it’s always expensive and not much :/

This shampoo has given me the best color protection. Even with the darkest blue/purple shampoos my hair gets brassy within a few weeks after a color. This shampoo doesn’t make my hair gray/purple at the ends. My only issue is this shampoo/conditioner makes my hair oily. I can’t get away with missing a day of washing it. I’m still using it and doubling up on the dry shampoo between washes
