"I have long valued Iwan Dietschi's leadership, his ability to inspire others, and his commitment to his guests, staff, and the enduring values of true hospitality. In his excellent book, he guides young and established hoteliers alike to create their own pathway to success and calls on all professionals, including senior leaders, to reflect on their responsibility to continually evolve and strengthen their vision, capabilities, and example of excellence."

"Iwan Dietschi is a true master of the art of hospitality. Through his own story, his 5-star career journey, and his wide experience leading others, he shows the value of being true to yourself while always putting people first.
