I ordered these to convert my hybrid with flat bar MTB shifters to drop bars. Comes with instructions and (to my pleasant surprise) gear cables, and was neatly packaged so they are not all in the same bag banging into each other.
They work flawlessly with my SLX mtb 10spd rear derailleur. It feels like a solid product. I'm very happy with my purchase.
I used this bike on P2A last year, but I still had my flat bar on it. With the drop bar conversion now complete, it feels so much better for that race!
