Been using this for a more than a week now and it does its job. You can't adjust the height for this foot rest. This is made of plastic so it won't support your weight if you stand on it. But still, it's a good product to own.

I bought this product based on the ratings... big mistake. This product is VERY flimsy and I'm not surprised one review spoke of it breaking soon after purchase. I think the box it was shipped in was better constructed. After placing it under my desk, I tried putting one foot on it first, then the other foot. The first foot almost tipped it over. Not a stable platform for putting my feet on. See the attached video as an example of how flimsy it is. I plan on buying a different one today... it's a waste of money... my wife kindly pointed out to me.

SUPER Noisy and tilt does not lock in pace

I mean, technically it does what it is supposed to do...it is something to put my feet on and it has rollerballs to "massage" my feet. However, this footrest is SUPER noisy. The roller balls are loud and all of the joints on it squeak and creek while your feet are on it. Like, I can not move AT ALL if my feet are on here. Also not a fan of the fact that the tilt does not lock. But, it is the noise that is the biggest thing for me. I share a very small office and there is no way that I can use this at my desk without making my coworker throw the thing out the window. I was excited about this product and didn't force any reason that I would need to return it...its a footrest...what could go wrong? Definitely regretting my optimism. I will be ordering a different product and tossing this one.

Seemed like a good purchase, but as soon as I got it to the office it was having issues staying at the right height. Constantly would fall and need to be adjusted throughout the day. Then after only using it for 3 months the crappy plastic notches used to adjust the height snapped off....worthless do not buy.

I find this difficult to rate. It does what it says. My issues are that once in height position, the face plate doesn’t stay put. This has multiple points of adjustment. There’s the height adjustment, then the face plate rocks for added adjustment/comfort. This rocking feature isn’t for me. I wanted the whole thing to stand rigid after initial adjustment. So even after dealing with that, the massage rollers got in the way. I would put my feet up only to slide off because of the rollers. Again, this works as designed. Just not how I wanted.

This thing did its job for a while, and while it is quite unsturdy, it was fine, but now that one of the rollers broke I reached out to the company for a replacement roller and they told me they didn't stock additional ones and couldn't help me at all and wouldn't replace the unit. They actually told me to reach out to Amazon, which didn't help, understandably, because its outside of Amazon's window of return and obviously Amazon doesn't have replacement parts. I would not buy, nor would I buy anything from this company as they will not be there to support.
