Bought for use on a coaching workshop. All 3 participants commented on them and really liked thin. I noticed they picked them up a lot and it really helped especially during difficult conversations. The messages on them and the smell added something that a regular stress ball wouldn’t and was a conversation starter about various relevant topics to the session. I’ve bought 3 more 🙂

Love this product. I am a qualified psychotherapist and would happily recommend this product. Great for adults. Recently bought this for an elderly relative with anxiety who struggled with the hardness of the ball. So note to production team ... Please consider making a softer one for those with more limited strength. It would make it more available to everyone. Other than that I really rate
this product highly. Quality very good. Presentation excellent. Could be cheaper compared to cost of others. but I felt the quality justified the price. Really good gift for anyone suffering with anxiety or depression. The wording on the product well thought out. Overall quality product.

Very pleased with these stress balls I have just purchased. I love each of the different aromas of the balls it is very relaxing. The way it feels in my hands is great and the quotes are amazing. I suffer from really bad depression and anxiety and these are very helpful for me. Would definitely recommend these to adults or children with any mental health issues or anxiety. Bit expensive for what they are also not sure how long they will last. Mine don’t appear to smell and like others I’m not really a fan of the printed words on the balls from a sensory perspective. Also like others have said the strengths are very similar so it’s not like there is a nice soft squishy one they are all quite hard.

Have purchased three sets of these for personal use and as gifts. As a stress ball these work well and certainly better than the normal foam types you usually see - but the mindfulness parts simply do not work. The words written on the balls are poor quality transfers that peel off with even light use (one set was already starting to lose the transfers before any use) and the strength of the essential oils varies (from non existent to barely noticeable). Nice idea, shame about the execution.

These are absolutely beautifully made - very high quality, I love the colours and texture of the material.
I love the design as well with the lovely positive messages.
The packaging is beautiful.
By far the best quality stress balls I’ve found.
The only downside is the fragrances are very artificial and i didn’t find the rosemary and jasmine that pleasant. The lemon one smells like lemon soap though and I love it.

Just received these and when I opened them I could smell the faintest bit of lemon on the white one and nothing on the other two. I’ve checked with family members and they can’t smell anything either! It’s a shame as I thought they would be good for my 11yr olds anxiety. He uses an aromatherapy diffuser on a night and these would have been perfect if they actually had a scent!
