I was at 171lb. before I took this product the first day. One month/60 scoops later plus eating a lot of food I gained 9.8 pounds; 180.8lbs. total. 4 scoops are:1,270 calories. I only took half, 2 scoops:635 calories every day. Powder stuck to the sides of blender, so I used spoon to scrape off powder off the sides. Then, I mixed again until fully mixed. This is why I gave 4 stars. This product is to be used as a supplement to help you get to a caloric surplus. Your best way to gain weight is to eat every few hour's; at least 5-6 meals a day. If you take this mass gainer without eating actual food it won't help you gain much weight and it's not healthy. Only use it to get you over the hump. This product definitely helped me meet my weight gain goals. The flavor was fine. I ordered the chocolate.I drank it in between meals. When I took on empty stomach I noticed I had to go to the restroom about half an hour later. Lol. I am switching to Mutant Mass Gainer just to see which is better and have something to compare MP Mass Gainer too. I definitely would recommend this Mass Gainer to anyone looking to gain weight. I am on the Bigger, Leaner, Stronger weight lifting program also. So even while lifting 1hr. daily/5 days a week I still went up an average of 2+ pounds a week. I mixed 12oz of whole milk(200 calories/10g protein)+ 2 scoops of MP mass(635 calories/25g protein) + 1 banana(105 calories) + 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter(190 calories/7g protein) + half a cup of plain oatmeal(150 calories)=1,280 calories. Gains baby!!!

As someone who was previously into body building for a couple years, I can say that this is one of the worst proteins I’ve had to date. I’ve had my fair share of them. Let’s start off with the fact that it says 4 heaping scoops per serving. Bruhhhhhh. Okay, so a heaping scoop - the one they provided at the BOTTOM of the container, and one I didn’t find until weeks into using a different scoop - is twice the size of a normal scoop. TWICE THE SIZE. and you’re supposed to do FOUR of those per serving?! Get real dude. You’d have to wash that much powder down with a gallon of 1% just to keep from choking to death. The flavor is also pretty meh. Not the absolute worst but definitely not one of the better tasting ones. I’m going to go back to the pro7ein synthesis, as that’s the one that’s worked best for my ectomorph body type. Oh, and get this... this is supposed to be a mass gainer, but I’ve actually LOST weight since switching. Most likely since I’m only doing 2-3 scoops at a time depending on how much I can stomach.

I've seen solid strength and size gains with 0 fat/bloating issues. I do not use this product as a meal supplement but rather use it to add additional calories to my already high-caloric diet. I have a high metabolism and this has abled me to get past my plateau's without needing to change anything in my workouts.

Mixing Tip: Let your just-made shake sit for 5 additional minutes before consuming and shake/mix again just before drinking it. I've had a lot of success with making it very liquidy by letting it sit for a couple of minutes.

The macro and micro specs on this bottle are great. The price is great, the calories and protein and carbs are great. The stuff just taste like butt. I am a hard gainer, i lift heavy heavy, and i never do cardio. I still struggle to look normal, im just super skinny. I can see results in the gym, strength wise, but never size. I get stronger gradually and build endurance, i just cant gain weight. Its just genetics. Mass gainers do help, ive gained about 15lbs with various mass gainers, and this one is fine. Again, its just gross. Its sickeningly sweet, with a hint of butt flavor. i got the chochlate, cant finish the bottle. Too gross.

I've been using this stuff for a few months now, I've tried other powders in the past and I could never stand the taste. This one if you mix it with water or milk it is about the same, but the key is to mix it in a blender and to make sure it is nice and cold before drinking. I tried it with the shaker bottle initially but you're wasting your time, it will never not be a thick mess. It's very filling. I either have half or a full serving every day depending on what I eat for my 3 meals, I usually use it as my drink with breakfast, lunch, or dinner. With a proper strength training program it will help you build muscle, if you aren't working out it will just fatten you up, I've experienced both.
