Honestly, this cream has been a miracle find for me and I say that as someone who avoids exaggeration. I'm a high school Special Ed teacher with four children at home and I'm in my early 40's. Overall I am quite healthy, except that I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2008. I deal with chronic, widespread pain and am in pain every single day. Besides daily pain fibomyalgia also affects my sleep, in part because of the pain and stiffness I experience overnight, causing me to have insomnia. That overnight pain and stiffness bleeds into the morning, which is often the worst time of the day for me pain wise. The pain and stiffness can be overwhelming and can make it feel like participating in the day ahead is impossible.

The very first night I applied this lotion to all of my sore body parts (nearly my entire body from the neck down) I slept better, plus my morning pain and stiffness was not as severe. Every night and morning after that was better and better.
Two nights ago I was feeling pretty well and decided to skip applying this cream before bed. It's on the pricey side and I figured it might be good to try going every other night with it. I slept terribly again and by morning the pain and stiffness was back to being overwhelming. I knew then that the price is worth it and I'm going to keep paying for it so I can continue to use this cream every night before bed. I just placed an order for two more jars.
