My family loves the Oats 'n Honey granola bars. We've bought them for years. Highly recommend them. So I was excited to see I could set up an Amazon subscription for them instead of running to the local warehouse club for them.
And that's where these fall short. With our first shipment, each package you would open would have two mostly intact bars and a lot of crumbs. The ends of the bars were rounded off and a little shorter than what you'd expect (hence the crumbs). I figured it might just be the one shipment. So I let the next shipment come as scheduled.
The second and third shipments (I forgot to turn the subscription off) both had the same issue. My guess is that with the boxed set of six being a little loose in the box, the shifting that probably goes on results in the crumby granola bars. As a parent, I know crumbs are a part of the job. But buying a product that guarantees extra crumbs (and they get everywhere - car seats, floor, counters, beds, carpet - I was surprised), you don't need the hassle. Buy them locally.
