There have been loads of good reviews on this product. Typically this makes me worry that the company that produces the product is leaving fake reviews, but the handful that I read seemed legit. They did not fail me!
Right out of the gate, this product left my hair smelling wonderful all day! I've used it for roughly a week now and my hair seems to have already significantly increased in volume. Some shampoos seem to lead to my hair seeming slightly greasy by the end of the day, no matter how many times I rinse. This is NOT the case with this one- I am fresh and my waves are bouncy all day long. (My naturally blonde, wavy, and slightly Hermione -like frizzy hair has always been difficult to tame.) I also bought the conditioner and it doesn't weigh my hair down at all, but does keep the frizz away.
Overall, I'm truly impressed by this product. The benefits far outweigh the cost, which is already low. I absolutely recommend this product.

I never leave reviews, but this shampoo is awful. It's moisture-stripping, leaves a residue, AND my hair becomes oily and greasy within 12 hours. A terrible trifecta. Wanted to love it but I can't even finish the bottle.

Don't recommend for fine hair (stripped moisture)

I bought this product after googling recommended shampoos for fine hair. An article suggested I buy this. I used the product for about two months before finally quitting. I found that my hair was stripped of moisture and more snarly / brittle than normal. I struggled to get a comb through it like normal, and ended up using a "miracle milk" to overcompensate for the change in hair texture. I thought that if I waited it out, my scalp oil would adjust and eventually my hair would be naturally reconditioned to the new shampoo, but actually things just stayed the same. After a while I gave up and threw 3/4ths of the bottle away, not even wanting to offer it to a friend to try. I don't recommend for hair like mine.

I don't have enough data to say that it's inherently a "bad" product, it's just not ideal for my hair type, so I'm giving it two stars. I will say that the bottle is pretty and looks good in my shower.

This is a rather small size for the price and quality of the conditioner. It does add volume, but it's not very hydrating so I had to add an extra step in my hair routine to add hydration back. The cherry blossom (?) smell is very nice though, but it doesn't stick around. Overall, it does do what it says and gives good volume at the roots, but I won't be repurchasing at this price or quality.
