Product description
Keep your little one smiling and healthy with Naty diapers - the soft and comfortable disposable diaper that's kinder to nature. Naty by Nature Babycare was founded by a Swedish mother and champion of causes to provide hygiene products for ecologically-aware parents and babies throughout the world. We aim to raise awareness about environmental issues and to strive to lessen environmental impact in the home. That is why we have spent over 20 years perfecting our eco disposables by using reusable and recyclable material and eliminating as much non-biodegradable materials as possible while still maintaining performance and comfort. These diapers, which are GM and chlorine-free, and based on natural materials, are so much more gentle on your baby's delicate skin than conventional diapers which may contain harmful petrochemicals. Leakage barrier is 80% plant-based. Our core is wrapped in 100% FSC certified tissue. No nasties touch your baby's skin - still only plant-based materials.

First, absorption, which is what a diaper is for anyway. I'd say these are on par with all other brands. I've never had a problem with diapers leaking pee, even after overnight wear. I currently use size 3 on my 4 month old, who still wakes at night to nurse. By AM, this diaper has absorbed a LOT of pee, but no leaks. I even accidentally ripped the outside cover of one with my fingernail while removing it, and no spill. (Don't let the fact that it ripped deter you! More on that later)
For poops, I haven't found a disposable diaper that can contain an "up the back" blowout. The cloth diapers contain it though (I think it's the elastic waist). These are on par with other brands.
Fit: Fit is great. Baby is big and tall, and size 3 fits fine.
Softness: I've read reviews that say soft, and others that say rough. The inside is soft. not as cloth-like soft as some others, but still good. The outside, to me, has the texture of tissue paper--very smooth and soft, but not cloth-like.
Eco-friendlyness: This seems to be the best I've found. They still contain SAP, but everything else is Eco Friendly. As I mentioned earlier, I accidentally ripped one as I was removing it from baby one morning-- I poked the cover too hard with a long fingernail as I was wrapping it up. At first I was irritated that a diaper would rip, but then I thought about it and actually LIKE that it ripped. How long is a diaper supposed to last, anyway? It just needs to work for the time it's on baby, which for me is overnight, ~12 hours. A plastic filled diaper wouldn't rip after one night, but it also wouldn't decompose for decades. The fact that the cornstarch cover on one of theses diapers ripped after being soaked all night lets me know that it WILL start to break down and decompose.
Final note: I like that these have a simple design/pattern. I don't need mickey mouse or winnie the pooh plastered all over my kid's butt.
Summary: Great diapers with absorbency that matches conventional brands. Good fit, and great eco-friendly cred. Will be using these as are go-to disposables for the forseeable future.

I have not had any trouble with the tabs, as some have. However, reading the reviews made me aware to pay attention to them. They tend to be slightly stuck to the back of the diaper, if you pull too quickly or too hard I could see how they might get damaged, but it hasn't been a problem for me just be mindful of them.
My child is 2 months, 13lbs, and a heavy wetter. Size 3 (9-20 lbs) work great and fit great.

Update: 2 minor problems actually...if I'm not careful, the tabs tear. I still think these diapers are worth buying because they don't blowout like other diapers.
