These needle nose pliers are very poor in quality. The bent type jaws were machined off center so that 1 side was very thin while the other side very thick. The straight needle nose pliers jaws do not close completely for 3/4” measured from the end and actually have a widening gap the closer to the tip. Also the email address on the enclosed card does not work.. why do they waist the effort to include their card??
The straight needle nose pliers don't close all the way (and I keep getting an error trying to attach a picture, an unhelpful "There was an error processing your file, please try another file."). The email address on the card that comes with them bounces (mailbox not found). So I'm not especially happy. The angle nose pliers are fine though. 6" pliers have a small handle, so if you have big meaty man hands then they might be tough to grasp. That applies to all 6" pliers though.
Trying to use these needle nose pliers for little things around the house but I don't like them. They're really small, flimsy and stay in the open position when not in use. It's hard to get a grip on anything with them. I've tried with small jewelry repairs and just to pull the safety cap off of the needles I use to administer subcutaneous fluids to my cats but these pliers are too difficult to maneuver. Pay a little more and get something more substantial.
I purchased these to make it easier to manage some of the plastic from my 3D prints, and get a better grip on supports that needed to be removed. This set of pliers has been perfect. They're the right size to work on small prints but still fit well in my hand.
He's needle nose pliers are what they are they're pretty thin they're pretty small going by the picture on the Amazon site they look like they would be a lot sicker a lot heavier of a lot better piece of tulle but they're not I guess I'll do the job that they're meant for but they're not very heavy duty would not buy again
They’re pretty solid pliers. I create and paint 3D models for a tabletop game. When you’re working with tiny pieces like arms and swords, sometimes things fall off. I use needle nose pliers to hold pieces in place while I super glue them back together. These were just a little bit too thick for that and not fine tipped enough. However it’s a good set of pliers and I found other uses for them.
