These needle nose pliers are very poor in quality. The bent type jaws were machined off center so that 1 side was very thin while the other side very thick. The straight needle nose pliers jaws do not close completely for 3/4” measured from the end and actually have a widening gap the closer to the tip. Also the email address on the enclosed card does not work.. why do they waist the effort to include their card??
The straight needle nose pliers don't close all the way (and I keep getting an error trying to attach a picture, an unhelpful "There was an error processing your file, please try another file."). The email address on the card that comes with them bounces (mailbox not found). So I'm not especially happy. The angle nose pliers are fine though. 6" pliers have a small handle, so if you have big meaty man hands then they might be tough to grasp. That applies to all 6" pliers though.
Trying to use these needle nose pliers for little things around the house but I don't like them. They're really small, flimsy and stay in the open position when not in use. It's hard to get a grip on anything with them. I've tried with small jewelry repairs and just to pull the safety cap off of the needles I use to administer subcutaneous fluids to my cats but these pliers are too difficult to maneuver. Pay a little more and get something more substantial.
Had to replace my rotors and this was a time saver for sure. If you already have clamp to hold the rear emergency drum brake, fixing the spring and lock cap over a thin rod is hell if you so not have these small pliers. I am sure they are durable and we shall see if this stands years later!
Not totally useless but not much quality. Feel like they would break if I applied a bit of pressure. The springs that hold them open misalign every time you try to close the pliers. My wife uses them for beading so they’ll do for her needs but my expectation of general household use is out the door.
