I recently bought a few books as I was doing some research into sales prospecting and found this one head and shoulders above the others. It was utterly refreshing to read a book written by a person with a prolific sales background that simply cut to the chase. There was none of the 'fluff' that I have often encountered in reading such books. Mike Weinberg clearly knows his stuff and presents it in a frank manner that makes it very easy reading for anyone. Once I picked it up I found it very hard to put down and would HIGHLY recommend it for anyone in sales or anyone running their own business. BRILLIANT and worth every penny!
Brought this book, as it was suggested to myself and the rest of the team. Great book, lots of helpful insights and tricks. Easy to read. Highly recommend for anyone in a sales role. I will be purchasing Mike's other books.
Yes, the book gives instructions what to do and avoid in great customer management. But unfortunately it does not give you enough competitive advance advices needed in today's selling environment. Worthwhile to read though. - Jarkko Oksa, sales trainer
