About the Author

Liz Fosslien is the Head of Content at Humu, a company that uses behavioral science to make work better. Liz's writing and illustrations have been featured by the Economist, The New York Times, NPR, and Freakonomics.

Mollie West Duffy is an organizational and leadership development expert. Previously she was a lead organizational designer at global innovation firm IDEO. She has helped companies and start-ups such as Casper develop good workplace culture. Everyone should read this book, if you’re just entering the workforce, the CEO or someone in between. It’s helpful for millennials and their bosses to bridge the communication divide. The comics are brillant and I’ve alreay used a couple in some feedback sessions. Highly recommend as gifts or for self improvement. So many times during this book I thought “wow that’s me” or “oops, I better stop/start doing that”.
