Don’t buy them for multiple fans. If you want three fans to go on one controller it’ll work. Fan splitter sometimes disconnects from controller because the connection is not tight enough. Occasionally, the controller doesn’t work. I’ve had three controllers to just simply not work. I decided to connect all my fans to one 10 port fan hub! Trying to run multiple controllers on one desk is too cumbersome! If you need to control one or two high wattage fans, this will work. That’s all it’s really good for. It would be better to just connect all your fans to one hub nd control in BIOS.

Was looking for a simple pwm fan controller and saw this one on Amazon (Noctua NA-FC1). It arrived ok from Amazon and seems to work. Only problem is the packaging for the item probably cost equal or more than the controller itself. Really expensive box and printed instructions but just a regular controller. Next time I’ll just order a couple of nondescript plain Jane controllers that’ll probably cost half this item.
This is Way overpriced just because of packaging.

Works with my 5V Noctua 40mm fan. However, when connected to a power bank, it times out and the fan stops. Some power banks have a trickle feature that you activate with a double tap. My Anker and Xiaomi work, my RavPower do not. Depends on the model. It come with a bare wire connector so I may rig an LED to try and keep it running on a power bank.

This works very well and the button you can toggle to keep the fans from stopping their spin, no matter how low the dial is set, is a nice feature.

There's no easy way to secure this into place but if you don't, it just sort of floats in the case. It's difficult even to tape into place because of its small size and its shape. The same tool, built as a PCI slot cover with the adjustment knob on the outside, would be one possible solution.

Controls fan well, connectors aren't secure

This fan controller works well and is easy to set up. However, there isn't any way to easily secure it in place, and the connectors easily slide out of it (I'm using it with a Noctua fan and a wall power supply. It's not that obvious how this is intended to be used when it's hanging freely between two cable lengths. A spot for securing zip ties would be very helpful.

It's difficult to get access to the device to adjust speeds. The wires plug in both ends of the device which makes placement difficult. Functionality is great though, as expected from Noctua.
