Use & Care
- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended
- Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray
- Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow
- Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces

I have & like many Nordic Ware pans. This one looks beautiful, but my pumpkin bread didn't really show detail well - even though I used Bakers Joy and brushed it on with a silicone brush and pressed dough into pan to make sure it filled design. I've included photos both with and without flash.

Stellar purchase! This pan is sturdy and looks exactly like described,if not better in person. My cake released so quickly and the design definitely transferred well onto the finished product. Very easy to clean,which made me very happy.

I love this mold! Received it today and couldn't wait to try it. Made a lemon poppy seed cake with raspberries (photo) and it looked incredible. The design is beautiful, and overall it's a great way to upgrade a traditional loaf cake. Some reviews said the design is hard to show, and if I had to guess I think that would be the case with thicker dough. I'm not an expert baker and getting a nice looking loaf with this pan was a piece of cake ;)

This pan is much thicker than I had expected, and the design looks so good. I was worried about how it would stand on its own with the flower designs on the bottom of the pan, but it’s stable sitting on the cabinet.Reviewed in the United States on 16 January 2019
Editing to add some pics of the lemon poppyseed cake I just baked in this pan. I used coconut oil and flour to prep the pan, and the cake literally fell out on its own as I was turning it out onto the cooling rack!
