The smell is great and I feel like it works fine too, the thing I just can’t get over is how terrible your hair feels while you are using this shampoo. My hair gets so tangled and matted and I find the conditioner doesn’t help to relieve that. I end up using my favourite conditioner to get my hair feeling normal again.

I will continue using it until it’s empty, but then I am going back to my trusty combination of baking soda & water mix to purify my hair, and then my Wen conditioner to make it soft again.

One thing I've always appreciated about OGX is that their products work for every hair type. I have mostly 4b/4c hair, and it worked great. My scalp felt clean, I could feel it breathe. The shampoo didn't dry my hair out, which is usually what happens with clarifying shampoo. My hair did get tangled, but that's where the conditioner comes in. The conditioner didn't quite moisturize my hair (which was okay because the shampoo didn't really dry it out to begin with), but it's gave my hair LOTS of slip! As soon as I apply the conditioner, the tangles were gone and I could easily run my fingers through my hair. So if you're looking for a decent clarifying shampoo and conditioner that's cheap, invest in this. I recommend moisturizing your hair after this, maybe even doing a deep condition if you have time.

Love this stuff. My hair was just feeling... BLAH! I have been experiencing terrible hair loss for the past couple of years due to hormones (only 34) so I am very nervous about what I use on my hair but I knew I needed a good deep clean. Use about once every 2 weeks in place of my normal conditioner. Doesn't dry out my hair (I still use conditioner of course) but it makes it seem shinier, lighter and has more volume. Definitely a great a choice!

I bought this shampoo to clear my scalp acne and to calm the itching that came with it. Even though it does that for me, the downfall of it is that it makes my hair feel like straws of hay. Now that I bought a different kind which is the OGX green tea moisturizing shampoo, i can switch them off every day. So far that has been helping a little bit with the problem. Other than that; it's a good shampoo.

Wonderful product and I got it at such a great deal! My hair smells clean and fresh, and the deep cleaning, buildup breaking shampoo is exactly what it claims to be. I wouldn't recommend daily use for a person that has thin fine hair. But after one or two uses you will know exactly how often you personally would want to use it.
