Recently I have gone dairy free due to some serious digestive issues, including major amino acid absorption issues and struggled to find a good DF protein powder, WITH amino acids, that didn't leave me bloated and gurgling. Often the began powders that have 3-5 different protein sources in them can be tough to digest, but this protein is a lifesaver for me because I have tried so many that haven't digested well. I agree with others, it is a TAD too sweet, but the monk fruit always tends to be on the sweeter side. I've already recommended this to several people with dairy issues!
The chocolate is easiest to drink on it's own, the vanilla is better with some fruit blended in.
