1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible book, written partially in scribbles that are not readable for kids!
Reviewed in the United States on 2 August 2020
I had such high hopes for this book and my 7 y.o. avid reader and explorer was so excited about it. Unfortunately, for some unfathomable reason, part of this book is written in normal readable font and part of it is intentionally written in scribbles that are very hard for a young child to decipher (see photo attached). I imagine it was supposed to be some kind of cool design trick, or something, but turned out to be a complete failure. My doctor's handwriting is more legible than this. Good idea, but absolutely terrible execution. Unfortunately we can not return it since my daughter was finishing up some other books first and did not start reading this straight away, and our return window has passed. Couldn't be more disappointed!
