Bought his for pregnancy marks, but was mostly disappointed.

Has great lightweight scent, however the product doesn't glide smoothly and it causes dead skin to collect really fast and clump up. It's gross. My husband was helping me apply it on my back and tummy and noticed that.

Felt like it doesn't dry fast enough...just gave it away to a friend. Wasn't worth it.

Went with Palmer's cocoa butter formula moisturizing body oil instead and sooo much happier ;)

I'm in the last couple weeks of pregnancy and I was using another very popular item that comes as an oil. It never dried so I always stayed without a top for as long as possible to allow at least some absorption of the product. Once I finished it, I wanted something different/not an oil but a known product rather than one of these fads.

I ordered this two pack and honestly so far it feels great. It's extremely moisturizing and absorbs quickly, but leaves my skin feeling good. I don't know that it works but I will continue to use this throughout the rest of my pregnancy and after since I have a few dark purple marks right now just on my hip.

I will update my review in a few months if it has had any more effect!

I didn't get stretch marks my first pregnancy using this (I know a lot of it is genetics) so I'm using this again the second time around. It's easy to apply and has a very mild, pleasant scent. It doesn't stain my clothes/sheets and isn't oily. I highly recommend this if you're pregnant or just want a big moisture boost.

Love love this cream, doctor said genetics play a big part on stretch marks, however, i struggled to keep my belly moisturized and itch free. This cream is thick and I actually applied it 3 times a day, during the winter I would apply occasionally 4 times but more like a retouch if needed. I am 38 weeks pregnant and have 1 stretch mark only. The main thing for me was that my skin felt moisturized all the time and it helped so much with my itching and being uncomfortable with skin. Highly recommend based on my experience. Will keep buying just for general maintenance.

Smell is awful

I really don’t know if this works or not because I never was able to use it. I originally purchased this product for its stretch mark therapy and because reviews said the smell was pretty mild. However, the smell was so strong and bad to me that I couldn’t even bring myself to use it once. It made me nauseous every time I tried to use it. I identified the smell as something like aloe vera with some generic “fragrance” mixed in.

My mom suggested I instead try St. Ives Renewing Collagen and Elastin Moisturizer, the smell of this product is much milder and very tolerable.

I have gotten a lot of advice to use coconut lotion to my body during my pregnancy to avoid stretch marks and this has helped so much. I apply at least twice a day. I used to feel itchy and my mom told me to use this lotion for that because I shouldn't be scratching and it has helped so much. Once I apply it I'm not itchy at all. It doesn't have a scent. Overall great purchase.

Smells like rancid oil

WHAT IS UP WITH THE SMELL??? I previously bought this from Walmart and it had a beautiful, true cocoa butter scent. THIS one smells like rancid oil. And the “cocoa butter” that was listed on the front along side the other ingredients they call out, is no longer there. There’s absolutely NO cocoa butter smell. It still moisturizes well, but OMG the smell is disgusting. Whyyyy would they change that?!

I don’t think this is what it’s supposed to be. The bottles came extremely worn (the labels were scratched/worn off), and it smells like old, nasty plastic (no hint of coconut). I feel like I wasted my money and should have just gone to a local drug store. I’ll be throwing both tubes away unfortunately.
