All Pet Qwerks components are sourced in the USA! Non-toxic. Not edible. Allergen-free. Contains no peanuts. Always supervise pets while chewing and remove from the pet if it is consuming the chew or if damaged. Chew marks or small granules are safe and to be expected. Giving your dog non-edible chews and bones also massages their gums and provides scraping action on their teeth, much like a dental hygienist descaling the plaque from human teeth. It helps healthy chewing and makes for a more entertaining experience. It discourages destructive behavior when they get bored. Pet Qwerks offers a big variety of flavors, shapes and sizes of nylon chews

🌻All dog's personalities, reactions and behaviors are different; sometimes unexpected. No dog toy is truly indestructible. It is important that all dogs be closely supervised when new toys are introduced and removed if behavior is destructive and unsafe.
🐶 Large Bone Is Recommended for Dogs up to 25 lbs
🌻 XL Bone Is Recommended for Dogs up to 40 lbs
🐶 XXL Bone Is Recommended for Dogs up to 80 lbs
🌻 XXXL Bone Is Recommended for Dogs up to 120 lbs
🌻 Don't freak out if your pup creates granules of nylon while chewing. These little rice size bits are usually not swallowed but if they are, they'll pass without a problem. For a satisfying chewing experience your dog needs to be able to do some damage to the chew. It needs to be scratchable. Glass hard nylon dog chew bones might not be favorite.

Also pro tip- if you're trying to convert your pup over to nylon chews and they dont seem interested, a little smear of peanut butter helps get them going. (Shows them "hey, its okay to munch on this"). Also if they seem to loose interest over time you can soak it in chicken stock (boil the stock, take off heat, put in bone, and cool completely before letting them chomp).

Anyway, nope. The item arrived in record time (thank you Amazon!) but it was FIRSTLY, not safety sealed. No shrink wrap at all to be found anywhere. That means it has been in a warehouse for heaven knows how long, open and exposed to human hands, mice, rats and their poo, etc. I'm supposed to just hand this to my dog and hope she doesn't get sick?
Next, NO BACON SCENT AT ALL. I mean, none. Now my dog's sniffer is going to be much sharper than mine but I have a pretty sensitive sniffer myself. I smell things that no one else seems to notice. I didn't smell any bacon. I did however smell plastic. My dog sniffed it and was like, what? Not even remotely enthused. This dog will eat anything. Seriously, my lawn, acorns, grass, moss, bark, chicken poop, shoes, furniture, stuffed anything, your laptop.....I mean anything. Heaven help me when I'm trying to cook dinner! She smells food that used to be on things....so when she turned up her nose at this, I knew she was not mistaken either. It only smells like plastic.
So, we are returning it and going to either stick with antlers or try a different brand. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I had so looked forward to giving her a huge treat and to help her settle in more. She's an absolute "dumb as a box o' rocks, loveable, can't wait to grow into her paws, goofy, sweet pup" who deserves a good bone to chew. This is not that.
Now, if your dog will chew it anyway than it does seem to be a durable item. The size is generous, seems very sturdy and well made. Just isn't as described and the lack of safety seal in this day and age is worrisome. That is a risk I will not take with my dog.
