Works great, I am wearing a shirt right now that was unwearable before i used this product on it.
Few tips I learned:
1. it is a very gentle device, don't use it for anything other than cloths.
2. don't use where there are loose threads, it can get caught in the blades and damage the device.
3. straighten the cloth before you use, if you use it on a fold it can put a hole in it (happened to me on 2 shirts)
