I bought this book for my two year old grandson and he loved the songs, but unfortunately the music stopped working after one week of moderate use. We tried replacing the batteries but still the music no longer played. We bought the book to bring with us on a road trip to visit our grandson so even though he only had the book one week, it had been a month since Amazon had delivered it to our house. Very disappointed!

My son absolutely loved the book because he loves baby shark and loved all the songs that it played, but unfortunately after a month it has completely stopped working. When we first got it, it was a little finicky and would randomly stop playing the song midway through and you had to press the buttons kind of hard but I thought the batteries were just low. So I changed the batteries and nothing changed and then eventually it just stopped working altogether. I just put brand-new batteries in and it still doesn’t work. It’s a shame because for a few weeks it was my sons favorite book! I wish I could get another one that worked!

My baby absolutely LOVED this book until one moth after Christmas it died. I changed batteries, let it rest, coaxed it to work, and asked for good juju to land on it but to no avail. The buttons for the songs don't work any longer. We have had other books like this where the buttons have lasted through my other kids and are still going strong. This just isn't worth it.

My 1 year old son absolutely LOVES Baby Shark and this book was in instant hit. He adores it. However after just one week, it has stopped working. I have tried changing batteries but nothing seems to be bringing it back to life. The sadness in his eyes when he presses the buttons and gets no music back is unbearable :-(

Was rarely used and stopped working. Figured I needed to replace the batteries. This book requires 1.5v batteries so I couldn't use my 1.2v Rechargeable ones. I ordered batteries and the book still doesn't work. For the price of this you'd expect it to last longer than cheaper alternatives but it didn't so I do not recommend this.

I purchased this item for my newest grandson and he loved it. About 4 months ago it started playing irregularly. I changed the batteries twice and it will work for a few days then stops working again. Now my grandson cries all the time because when he pushes the buttons he can't get one of his favorite toys to work. The company should stand behind their product and replace it. I hope they do! I have similar musical books that after many years still work perfectly!

I was so upset Xmas morning when my great granddaughter opened this book up, excited to hear her absolute favorite Baby Shark Songs. Not only the buttons were really hard for her to push Dow, many would not work at all. It’s already opened and she’s playing with it, so I won’t return it but really disappointed.

Don’t order this if you don’t want to be highly disappointed. Straight from the package, it doesn’t even work right. The batteries were corroded and the buttons do not function even after replacing the batteries. I would return it but I bought it for my granddaughter who lives several hundred miles away and it cost too much to ship it back and forth.

I was very disappointed. My grandbaby loves baby shark but after the first time use there was no sound though it was faint even the first time. Then the buttons underneath were it shows to push were not in that spot. Had to fill around for them and they were too hard to push.
