Stopped Working

Purchased this in April for my 18 mo granddaughter to play with at my house. Today, after probably being played with 10 times stopped working. No singing anymore. Changed the batteries two different times and still doesn't work. If she lived with me and played it every day then I could have gotten a new one but since it is past the 30 day window, no. Please replace this one.

Over priced! This book is not worth $20. I would return it for my money back but they are deducting $6 from my total for shipping it back to them. I do not recommend buying this book, it is cute, but in no way is it worth the price they are asking! Very upset with this purchase.

I received this item and it was pressure wrapped in plastic, but when we opened it, it did not work so we thought there weren't any batteries. When we opened the battery compartment, there were batteries so we thought they went bad. We replaced the batteries and the sound buttons still did not work. I had to return this item. I asked for a replacement book because I still like the book. I hope the replacement book works.

I was so excited to get this book to put in my 15 month old babies Easter basket. Once I received it, I unwrapped it and turned it in to try it out. It started to play the song and then stopped and would no longer work. None of the buttons would play music so I replaced with new batteries and tried again. It did not work. I now have to return it and figure out another idea for her Easter basket. I was just super excited for her to get this just to have to go through the hassle of returning it and not having it for the holiday.

Book was wet and disintegrated INSIDE the plastic wrap

The book came plastic-wrapped, and as I took the plastic wrap off, I was hit with a bad smell and then realized the book was WET inside the packaging. Because of that, the book totally fell apart in my hands— the binding between all the pages, and between the sound board and book. The sound board also didn’t work, presumably because it was all wet. So disappointed because it looks like it could’ve been a high quality book, and my daughter LOVES Pinkfong songs. Amazon fully refunded me so that wasn’t an issue, but for a $20 board book for kids, I expected better quality control!

I did include a picture of the song list since that wasn’t a part of the listing when I ordered and there weren’t any reviews for this version of the book yet. I’m contemplating reordering but may wait to see if others have this issue too.

We bought this January 21st and my 1 year old played with it here and there. It was her favorite for a week. Now the songs dont finish before it short circuits and stops playing. some of the songs dont work at all at first push. We are so disappointed that we missed the return window for a replacement. no durability and this is an expensive book! My daughter is so bummed.

I bought this after I had bought another one from the American Dream mall. The one I purchased in the store was packaged. But when I brought it home it didn't work. We put in new batteries but still nothing.
So we ordered this one on Amazon. After about a couple weeks the sound doesn't come clearly. And then just today the battery stopped working and then after I changed the batteries it still didn't work. So disappointing. My child loved it but it just doesn't last. Or maybe it's our bad luck. My son wants me to buy him another one but we spend altogether 40 bucks for this.
