The book arrived quickly, I found the diet too complicated to follow up with. Limiting water was confusing to me!!!!

If you are looking for helpful substitution solutions for someone who is gluten free, this book is not at all helpful. It contains all of the same information as "the Plan" regular book and the gluten free information is just not to eat gluten free products as they are highly re-active and that many people are not really reactive to gluten. If you already have the plan book, you don't need to waste your money on this.
