There is a cool app that allows you to use your phone in lieu of the remote, but it took me a while to really get the hang of it as connecting was not as easy as I thought through bluetooth.
Battery life at 4 hours is a complete lie as I got maybe 2 hours, which is fine since I don't actually need it to last that long anyway, but if you're camping and want to get several movies in on one charge, be warned.
The packaging of this thing was very impressive. The unboxing was surprisingly very satisfying. I had purchased a hard case for transport and almost felt keeping it in the original box would have been equally acceptable.
The 360 speaker on this thing is really nice. Linking the speaker up to phone and laptop was a lot easier than the projector side of things.
In conclusion, if you want a good bluetooth speaker that has some okay projector qualities, this is a good option. If you want to lean on the projector side more, get yourself something with more brightness and functions.
The only con I have found so far is with the Netflix app itself. It times out every 30 mins and the projector turns off. It’s an easy fix as I just press the power button on the phone app and it comes right back on in my spot but still a little annoying and thought it was the device itself at first.
The phone app is AWESOME and I can control everything from volume to typing etc.
