Absolutely essential16 June 2019 - Published on Amazon.com
This book is filled with the deeper insights of leadership, thriving through change, tools and strategies as well as basic humanity and compassion. Deep, well-organized and accessible although dense and rich, Adaptive Leadership is the deep nutrition that will move both you and your organization forward. This is not “pop leadership” like Brendon Burchard, Richard Sheridan or even John Maxwell - it’s a book that will require time, dedication and reflection to digest. So, if you are looking for the cheap seats and pre-fab BS then stay far away. If you are ready to embrace experimentation, ambiguity, deep values and personal and organizational resistance and challenges, then get on board. Easily one of the greatest leadership books ever written. A true ethos and a way of being and maps to get there are what you’ll find here.

this is the best book I have ever read thus far23 August 2017 - Published on Amazon.com
I am managing an organisational reframing process. Had I read this book before, I would not have made the mistakes I made. However, having studied this book, gave me some comfort, as it helped me to realise why I made the mistakes I made and how to go about crafting a change process. From personality issues to be mindful of, to practical tools to master to be an adaptive leader, this is the best book I have ever read thus far. It is an empowering reading! I strongly recommend it for those who aspire a leadership position mostly for those who are planning to run a change both in personal and professional life. By the way, I bought the other book of the same authors Leadership on the line.

From practitioners, who provide not only the what and the why, but also the HOW. My go to reference book for any time I want to make progress on a difficult challenge.

A must read for anyone trying to effect change in their organization and/or themselves17 April 2017 - Published on Amazon.com
This book has nearly every tool you need to help create lasting change in your organization, no matter the level of official leadership position you hold. It is both theoretical and practical, and it is born out of the many experiences the authors have had with their clients. Just about everything in this book has been helpful or affirming to me in my areas of leadership. It is a must read for anyone trying to effect change in their organization and themselves.
