Looked at a bunch of bolt-on aerobars before settling on these. I was not disappointed and have found the Profile Design bars to be well made and highly adjustable. Note that there are at least 3 similar Profile Design bolt-on tri bars, that are all widely available. It all comes down personal preference, but I found the T3+ to be exactly what I needed. Be aware - If you don't know a lot about the optimal riding position for a tri, GET SOME HELP AND ADVICE ... If you want to use bolt-on bard to shift from a road bike stance to a tri stance, you really need to move you seat position up AND FORWARD to get full use from tri bars. As long as you do that, these bars are probably a great mid-point step from a road bike to a dedicated tri bike.

I love these things. I actually came back to Amazon to order another set for one of my other bikes. I love the fact that you can take off the elbow pads. I love to have as much dashboard room as possible to being able to remove them is a great plus. I plan to get a set for all of my 5 bikes.

Excellent aerobars. I'm not counting grams so carbon didn't matter to me. Very sturdy and easy to install. Very adjustable - forward, back, and even up if needed for comfort. I've improved dramatically by using aero position to stress different muscle groups on long rides (60-100 miles). Don't know what I did before I picked these up. Great quality.

These are my first aerobars ever and I love them!
They're completely adjustable and seem to be well built!
These come with a couple of shims so if your bars are smaller (26.0-Millimeter) then this will still fit perfectly.
The only difficult part for installing is trying to get the shims to stay in place while tightening the bolts down but once they're in place installation is a breeze.

So far I've logged about 40 miles with these and I have no complaints.

Awesome addition to my road bike. While they do indeed make me more aerodynamic and seem to concentrate the power coming from the core, it give the hands another position and takes all the pressure off of the hands and wrists. I was having big issues with my hands going to sleep. Rotating hand position through the bars has essentially eliminated that problem. Has made a huge difference with comfort in that respect. Highly recommended
