The 70mm aluminum risers raise the aerobars roughly 2 1/4 inches. Though not intended, these risers work with my 2014 Felt B14 handlebars.
These risers made a world of difference for several reasons. Stock on my B14, the elbow pads sat flush on the handlebars, making it difficult to grab the inner potion of the handlebars. The risers create space between the aerobars and handlebars, allowing full grip of the handlebar. By using these risers, I was able to remove some spacers from the stem. This lowered the handlebars but raised the elbow pads and aerobars, greatly increasing the usability of the cockpit.
Also, raising the elbow pads / aerobars added quite a bit of comfort. I'm able to crush longer rides without strain or pain. By removing the spacers at the stem, I'm still getting significant aero gains–however, if I want to get an even more aggressive position in the future, I may purchase the 40mm or 50mm set. Totally worth the money for these risers–one of the best upgrades I've done.
