Directions:

Simply tear open the packaging, stick it on, and NeckHeat will heat up on its own within 5-10 minutes upon contact with air. NeckHeat can be split for flexibility of use. Simply tear along the perforated lines in the middle of NeckHeat. You may also use NeckHeat as a single unit across your neck or shoulders. For safety, remove product for 5 mins every hour to let your skin rest from the heat. Do not use NeckHeat while sleeping as you will not be able to monitor the heat level.
