Your skin and hair will thank you after your first shower. I know mine did.

My story : I recently moved to an area with hard water and barely legal levels of metals and chemicals. My eyes would burn if I got water in them. My hair began thinning and breaking and turning a horrible shade of copper and dye would not hold to it. Worse yet, I never felt clean after a shower. The soap didn’t seem to want to lather. The water felt oily, and left my skin dry and patchy. The water even had an smell to it. I felt so ugly and gross. I did a little research on google and saw this shower head had been reviewed by Forbes, among others, and was also a reasonable price. Totally worth a $40 gamble to try to fix my hair and skin. So I bought it, not expecting much tbh.

I was in love after first shower. The water pressure is amazing! I saw some reviews complain about water pressure, but mine means business. However, if your skin is really sensitive or your have skin conditions, I would suggest to angle the head slightly upwards so the water arcs upwards before falling on you.

I thought the faintly scented filter was pleasant and thought it fascinating to watch the water run through the beads. Immediately it had turned my shower into an “experience” rather than something I was just trying to get out of the way. I literally had to text my daughter about the awesome shower I just had. She probably thinks I’m crazy.

After just one shower my hair was less frizzy and more soft. My skin was less oily and scaly feeling. It felt closer to normal. It really proved to me how dirty my water was, that it wasn’t just in my head.

I don’t know if this will work for every type of water problem. I’m not saying this will give you perfect hair and skin. I’m saying if your hair and skin problems are due to bad water, this will probably help.

After I have used this product for two weeks, I will update my review with before and after pictures of my hair.

Not sure what they were thinking. The shower head does not even fit in the cradle they provided. So when you turn the shower on, the pressure throws the shower head back, it falls and suddenly your in the grips of a battle with some mystical water serpent. Blinding you with its soothing vitamin c filtered water. As it lashes about clacking and clanging against the side of your shower walls and door you find yourself reaching blindly to tame the serpent as it fervently lashes about. Of course, you find it with one eye open as it comes to rest upside down bashing your gentle nether regions with a high pressure stream enabling your falsetto career in the opera when it comes to town. You try to place it back in the cradle, since it doesn't fit into the cradle, you have to gingerly balance it as best you can only to find it a couple seconds later succumbing to gravity's cruel grasp thus waking the angry serpent once again. And yes, once again finding yourself in the midst of a dumb angry beast lashing out at you because the manufacturers cut some corners. Thumbs up!

UPDATE: So those things that come with the product. That stuff with writing on it. The ones that tell you what to do and how to do it so that the thing you bought works the way it was intended AND the way you wanted it to. A weird word called "INSTRUCTIONS". Yeah, those help. I decided to follow those and as if a conjured a spell from the realm of magic. The shower head worked like a champ. Does this make me a wizard ? Possibly, does it make me a moron, oh god yes! Either way, this product works. Also It comes with two more filters so that's a plus. Going forward I'll keep in mind that.....In...i...INst....Instructions, are a good thing. Thumbs up!

I had bought this because my water is too hard and my hair & skin were suffering from it. Since I’ve installed it, I noticed it helped those things in particular but it has also cut my hot water by almost half. I used to take 40-ish minute HOT showers every few days as my favorite way to unwind, de-stress and get super clean. Now with maaaybe 15 minutes (feels like a lot less) of hot water available with this shower head, I have to rush through everything and can’t let my conditioners sit or do a deep moisture mask at all. I now feel MORE stressed at the ends of my shower, as well as not clean enough. There’s no more enjoyment. I am so sad.

Update: I edited stars based on customer service. I was offered a full refund almost immediately and it was handled swiftly. Even though the product didn’t work for me, a company who actually cares about their customer’s satisfaction deserves recognition either way.

My 6' tall wife was excited to have a shower head she fits under. The lady who cleans our apartment remarked how the hard water spots are no longer an issue. I love that it's easier to wash the dogs. Household is big fans of this product. We can't wait for the Vitamin C pod wears out so we can try the lavender.

The shower head was super easy to install and instantly felt the difference in how soft the water was. My hair almost immediately felt incredibly soft and smooth. Comes with aroma filters that I can barely smell and don't really care for. Negative to the product is the pressure might be too much for the handle. When turned on it pushes back. Would purchase again.
