Received this showerhead wand yesterday and installed it, as you do with all other kinds of showerheads. Not sure why some folks are having issues of installation, they all install the same. Came with a plastic piece, presumably an alternate to the thin razorlike output. So far, I really like it - it's fairly strong but soft at the same time, nothing like anything I have ever tried before. Only three settings wide, narrow and a combo of both. Not really sure what the beads in the handle do - some say that it's supposed to filter the water. I use this in combo with a fixed showerhead so I double my options. I wished they had a fixed version of this, that would be nice. Definitely recommend for the price. - D
