Do not buy this chair!

Update 2: I have received 6 emails from this vendor, claiming that my review of this product is threatening the livelihood of their families, destroying their business, etc. they are offering me increasing amounts of money to take my review down. I have reported this harassment to Amazon, yet they continue. This vendor is pushy and rude. Update: Instead of changing their design and taking reviews into consideration, they’d rather me delete my review and give me money. Another reason not to purchase this chair.
This chair came practically unsafe to use for toddlers. One of long wooden legs already has a break in it after less than a month of using it. So we felt unsafe with our 20lb one year old sitting in it with its tallest pieces.
So we put it all the way down to the shortest legs and of course one of the legs’ screw ports is completely stripped so it won’t tighten like it should and the chair rocks back and forth, so eventually I feel like it’ll collapse under my child. I do not recommend this chair with how much it costs.

I’m not sure if my product was a defect but this was an absolute nightmare to assemble! Something is wrong with the pieces/legs too because the entire seat is leaning to the side and forward leaving me unable to even put my baby in it. I’m extremely upset I spent so much money on this product and I’m not sure why mine sits so terrible.

I love that the high chair was easy to assemble and didn’t take much time at all. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and is much heavier duty than our previous one. I like that you can change the height of it as well! Overall I’d recommend and I attached a time lapse to see the install process!

I took my time picking a highchair and thought this was beautiful and from the pictures it looks sturdy. It's not! The legs are wobbly and they can't be tightened anymore. Mind you I have had this for about 3months now. My kid hates it because the seat isn't comfortable. The padding should be thicker. To make things worse they must have knew it was unstable because they changed the legs on it. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the unsafe version. The seat should recline a little being some parent's use highchairs for letting their children play. I use it for meal time and while I'm doing the dishes. It's a beautiful highchair it's just unsafe. My son is maybe 23-25lbs and when he gets excited the whole chair rocks and the legs flex. He is only 10months old.....and the straps are super long but my son is very tall so I guess it works out if your baby was the same weight and short....i just wish I would have been offered the newer more improved version, the safer version. You would think the cross bara under the seat would be enough.....but the legs are spread to far apart it needs another directly in the middle of the legs. I really wanted to love this.

This is the most beautiful and fashionable high chair that I have ever seen! I’m so impressed with how great the quality is. Besides being a modern style with wooden legs and a beautiful design, the material is extremely comfortable, especially the seat. It comes with two trays with two different colors that you can switch if you want. One of the things that I love about this high chair, is that you can adjust the legs and choose how high you want it.
If you are looking for a modern and efficient high chair, I really recommend this one.
I’m so happy with my choice! My little one is loving his new high chair! 💛

Después de ver muchos modelos, leer comentarios y especificaciones, decidí darle una oportunidad a esta silla porque de todas, es la que tiene menor número de reseñas negativas. Así que, en conclusión, a continuación enumero lo que me gustó y lo que no tanto:

- Lindos colores, combinan casi con cualquier decoración.
- Tiene un aspecto elegante.
- Es ligera, fácil de montar y de limpiar.
- Es fácil desencajar la bandeja.
- Las manos de mi hija en comparación con la altura de la bandeja está bien (ni muy alta, ni muy baja).
- No abarca mucho espacio.
- Es muy firme en alfombra.

- El arnés es un poco incómodo, al menos mi hija no lo toleró ni 2 minutos.
- El reposapiés está muy alejado, quizá logre tocarlo en un año o más.
- Esperaba que fuera más alta, no llega al nivel de mi juego de comedor.
- Es difícil encajar la bandeja (hacer click).

Para lo que pagué, esperaba que no tuviera tantos contras, pero en general, está bien.

P.D. Mi hija tiene 6 meses, 1 semana.

Terrible quality not worth the price

I was sure the negative reviews were just people being negative but I am really sad that I spent $150 on this highchair. One of the legs is messed up and the quality Is just NOT worth the price. The plastic seems cheesy and cheap and the seat pad is definitely not going to last very long. It also took almost a week to get here. Pretty disappointed

The high chair is ok but definitely not a 5-star product, especially not when considering the price. I would have expected higher quality (as in more sturdy materials) for that price. In addition, sliding the tray on/off is not as easy as I would have expected. The chair does look nice however.

When it comes to the foot rests, our baby doesn't even come close to the first one - it might be well over a year before she can reach it. I wish they were adjustable to accommodate babies during their first year.

I can’t say enough good things about this high chair. Affordable and attractive; especially after combing through sites. Easy to assemble (did it myself without the help of my husband), clean (damp cloth, everything glides right off the seat/chair and large tray table which we hand wash about once a day) and maneuver around the kitchen (baby typically eats next to us at the island and is just the right height to assist him). Lightweight but sturdy and safe. I feel so comfortable using it for our son; started him in it at about 5 months. It will certainly grow with him. Also HM-TECH’s customer service is fantastic!! We had a couple of mishaps and they were very responsive in getting replacement parts needed to continue using our original high chair. If we ever need another I will definitely be purchasing this high chair again. Absolutely LOVE it and would recommend it for all ages. Be sure to pick this up if you’re a new or expecting mom because you can use it earlier than you think!

This high chair is a great concept but after using it for several months, I would not recommend it. The tray is very difficult to get on and off (absolutely requires two hands and sometimes several attempts). The edging on the padded portions of the straps is impossible to clean and also the closest thing to baby’s mouth which means food get all over it. Great design but poor execution.
