I bought these particular bands because of the great reviews. Just got them so I can only comment on the appearance and quality of this product and I say "Buy them". Great price but I wish there was a larger exercise pamphlet that the folding card that is provided. It's not that bad but I personally need more detail (how many reps, etc.) If anything, just go on YouTube for some workout band routines. Good health to all and remember "If you don't move, you rust".

There are dozens of resistance band sets out there, so it's hard to tell what's good and what will last. But I figured for 25 bucks, if this set helps change up my home workouts until Covid goes away, then it's worth it. I've been using them for about 2 weeks, and so far so good. The nylon attachment points on the ends of the bands, and on the door anchors don't seem very thick or sturdy, but they are holding up. I would advise to attach the wide end of the caribiner hook to the strap end, and the thin side to the handle, to reduce the nylon bunching up and wearing out sooner. The handles are light and comfortable to grip, again, not heavy duty gym quality, but for the money I think they're pretty good.
The bag is handy to keep everything together, the 2 towels are thin and cheap, like sport jersey material, but for "free", you can use them as a throw-down rag. I like the several different weights of straps, (you need at least 3 or 4 stacked up to get a good workout if you're chest/back.) I recommend this set

The amount I received for the money was excellent however, I received a 30 lb weight that only had one end and the images of the exercises were so small as to be difficult to understand how the exercises were to be done. I hope the compny will send me a replacement for the 30 lb band that was broken and they enlarge the sheet of their exercises at least twice the size it is now.

Tough Exercise Bands Fit Small Space with More Resistance

Out of the Amazon box, I am impressed with the quality of this home exercise set. I lost my job to COVID-19 and I had to quit a gym membership. I was looking for an affordable exercise alternative for a small, city rowhouse with limited floor space. These bands are a great idea. I had a simple one with handles attached, but these bands allow you to "stack" them to get more resistance. Others are limited to only 150 pounds in combined resistance, while this set goes much higher. I am not a huge muscled guy, but I needed the resistance higher than 150 for several legs and shoulder exercises. I like the durability and flexibility of this set.
The grips are decent in padding and construction and approach gym quality.
The set is new and I plan to test them well. If required, I will update my review later.
I recommend this product.

I have to say, I am very pleased with this purchase. It’s the first time I’ve used resistance band. And it really works. This is a great purchase because it comes with 2 x 50 lbs lines. The part I’m a little disappointed is the menu diagrams and the material used. Menu could be laminated and the hooks connectors feels a little weak. If these could be enhance I’m sure the value could be much higher
