A respirator is a highly personal item with proper fit being key to comfort and safety. Gill Mask is available in 3 sizes to ensure fit to the most facial types. Professional users should be fit tested following their organization's procedures.


1. Cut Filter to Size Select suitable filter media for your application and clamp cartridge. Don't use materials that are too thick or have additional materials that provide shape.	2. Prepare the Cartridge Cut filter media to size. Carefully save unused material for future use.	3. Insert Cartridge Insert the cartridge into the receptacle on the facepiece. Ensure the correct side is facing out and close the door tightly.	4. Don Mask 4. Place mask over face and adjust the strap to your comfort. Exhale and make sure air does not escape from the sides of mask.

I've tried other masks with varying results. Most ar a bit too small; I can't open my mouth fully to enunciate clearly. This mask not only seals well to avoid fogging glasses, but I can open my jaw wider than with any other mask I have tried. I wore it around the house the first day to test for comfort and after an hour I didn't notice any issues. An added bonus; if you open the filter cover and remove the filter while wearing, you can pass a straw or french fries through the opening!

I'm using N95 filters (purchased the material in bulk from Amazon; made in USA). As always, they make deep breathing more of an effort , but are fine for relaxed shallow breathing; don't run a marathon while wearing N95. I would assume using a lower level of protection would improve air-flow for the times when deeper-breathing is needed.

I have close-trimmed facial hair (figure a six-week beard) and the silicon seal is great! For those of us with a "fuller" face, when properly adjusted it appears the mask is putting pressure on the face (cheeks look "puffed"). The silicon material is cushy enough that this isn't uncomfortable.

I'm recommending this mask to friends with glasses-fogging issues or faces that just don't fit the "standard" mask offerings. Or those that want a bit more protection.

OK - I have been looking for a comfortable fitting, reusable mask for months - I found it!
The silicone gasket fits my face perfectly and the filter section of the mask is ingenious!! Cutting up the filter media makes one surgical mask last for weeks! This is one mask that actually works. And not just for going out in public at this time - but also for working in dusty environments - like my attic... I couldn't believer how much dust was on the filter media when I changed it out... This will last for years. Great deal & great product!

The product is lightweight and flexible enough to fit your face with a great seal. However once you install the covid filter it’s REALLY HARD TO BREATHE! I have purchased a number of filters for breathability while working out and this one didn’t make the cut. Without the covid filter it’s perfect, but with the filter I would recommend to move slowly because you will start to feel lightheaded. I gave it 3 stars because I liked the look, feel and weight.

I've tried a number of masks but they all have the issue of being made for tiny people and not full grown adults. This, on the other hand, has a large enough face piece that I can grow a mustache and beard yet still have a good seal. Well worth the little money they're asking for. I've made a few modifications in adding some valves for exhaling (really needs these by default but still good without for the price) and a bike face plate for the LOLs...

I ordered the Large adult version thinking the normal version would be small like other brands end up being,to my surprise its actually large so it still fits but I recommend if your a smaller adult go with the normal size. Comfort wise its pretty good tho for talking its like wearing respirator (muffled) thats the only downside. when I breath it actually seals around the edges and only goes throw the mask cut out. 5/5 this what I expected and wasnt disappointed.
