Product came quick enough and had very good packaging. Instruction booklet included. Tried it out with trying to slice onions, Cut them in half as suggested. If you have arthritic hands, it is difficult to maintain the proper angle. It did slice the onion, but it sliced it so thin that it would only be good adding to sandwiches. Those slices would not stand up to any kind of saute etc. I also tried the an apple with the waffle slicer. Again it sliced it so thin as to be useless for anything that I could think of.
Product is sturdy and heavy. Non slip suction cups worked very well, just did not produce the results I was looking for.
